TINCLETON LODGE offers outstanding luxury self-catering accommodation full of character and charm. It has recently been completely refurbished and renovated throughout and has been awarded an English Tourist Board 5 star rating.
The spacious living room has an old inglenook fireplace with woodburner, original bread oven and characteristic beams. Digital television and DVD player.
The accommodation sleeps up to 10 in total and has the added benefit of a ground floor bedroom and luxury en-suite shower room which would suit those wishing to avoid stairs and meets M3 disability standards.
Upstairs – The bedrooms comprise of 2 new fully refurbished double luxury en-suite rooms with king size double beds and televisions. Also 2 character twin bedded rooms and an additional bathroom.
Downstairs – 1 new luxury twin bedded en-suite shower room, also with television and has access leading out to the patio area. This room is suitable for those wishing to avoid stairs and can accommodate those with disabled needs.
Outside - there is an attractive patio area and garden which is totally secure for children’s safety and piece of mind. Gas barbeque and garden furniture provided.
ROSE COTTAGE has also been lovingly restored, renovated and beautifully refurbished offering luxury characteristic 5 star accommodation for up to 7 people, with stunning features to enjoy such as the inglenook fireplace with woodburner. Digital television and DVD player.
The accommodation also comprises a characteristic kitchen with bespoke kitchen, original beams, flagstone floor and Aga.
Upstairs:- Master bedroom - king-size bed (vi-spring mattress), en-suite shower room, the second bedroom comprises:- 3 single beds (vi-spring mattresses) with additional luxury en-suite bathroom.

All three properties are situated in Tincleton, a quiet village in Dorset, in the heart of Hardy’s Wessex. The County Town of Dorchester is only 5 miles away and the World Heritage Coast and Weymouth Bay 10 miles.
Although extremely accessible to the numerous local attractions, pubs, restaurants and shops, the cottages enjoy an idyllic rural location set in 600 acres of farmland. For nature lovers this is absolute paradise with miles of beautiful woodland and riverside walks
The farm boasts many enterprises including a small pedigree herd of Red Devon cattle, salad crop production and an aquatic centre which sells all types of home grown cold water fish and aquatic plants to the public. Guests are always made welcome and are free to explore the farm and the surrounding area.
Linen, towels, electricity, central heating, underfloor heating and logs for the woodburners are included.
