Foxes luxury bijou 5 star silver award winning B&B well situated for the spectacular country side and beaches, and commercial centres. Within 5 minute walk of Ashley Cross with restaurants and pubs.

We are ideal for holiday makers, tourists, businesspeople, wind and kite surfers, sailors, walkers, and cyclists.

Foxes is situated between the old town of Poole and Sandbanks and is close to Poole Park and Ashley Cross. There are numerous and varied restaurants and pubs in Ashley Cross.

From Foxes, the quay, with the marina, boat trips around the harbour, the historic part of Poole, museums and shops, is a 30 minute walk through the Park and along the waters edge with stunning views across the harbour to Brownsea Island and the Purbeck Hills.  Alternatively guests may take a ten minute walk to the Swan Lake Car park in Poole Park and board the Poole Land Train for a ride through the park, High Street, Old Poole, and the Quay.

The Civic Centre is a 3 minute walk, while the commercial centre of Poole is a 20 minute walk through the park.

The owners enjoy walking and sailing and are happy to suggest walks or days out in the car.
Foxes have three tastefully furnished standard rooms, one double and two single. (One of the single rooms may be used as a small double). Generally the number of guests will be limited to four.
In warm weather breakfast may enjoyed outside on the patio.
Hanging/drying facilities for wet gear from sailing/ windsurfing.
Free wireless internet connection.

Bathrobes provided for use by guests.
We are unable to offer accommodation for children/pets and we operate a no smoking policy.

By Car
If approaching from the west using the A35 or A350 follow signs to Poole, then Bournemouth, you will reach the Civic Centre Junction, take the Sandbanks / Beaches exit, 13 Sandbanks Road is the second house (painted yellow) on the left , look out for a clearly marked 13 on a circular white background on green fencing.
If driving from Sandbanks or Canford Cliffs, follow signs to Poole /Town Centre until you go under a red brick railway bridge, then continue past Orchard Avenue on the left, and then look on the right for a white painted stone with 13 painted on it 2 houses before the traffic lights.
If approaching from the east, (London, Southampton) follow the signs to Bournemouth via M3, M27, A31, at Ringwood take the A338 to Bournemouth (not Poole), then follow signs to Poole using the A35, follow signs to Poole, then Parkstone, you will reach the Civic Centre Junction, take the Sandbanks / Beaches exit, 13 Sandbanks Road is the second house (painted yellow) on the left, look out for our sign and a clearly marked 13 on a circular white background on green fencing.

By Train
Fast London or Weymouth trains stop at Poole Station; we are a 5 minute taxi ride from there.
Slow trains also stop at Parkstone Station. We are a 10 minute walk from there. (There is only one exit from the station, from London you go over the pedestrian bridge before exiting. Turn left out of the station and walk down the road (Station Road) to the junction at the end of the green. Go left at the junction and on to the traffic lights. Turn left at the lights in to Britannia Road. Walk to the end of Britannia Road and turn right into Sandbanks Road. Walk on the right hand side of the road and look our sign and for a white painted stone with 13 painted on it 2 houses before the traffic lights.) If guests advise us before hand and phone on arrival at Parkstone Station we are usually able to collect by car.

By Coach
We are a 5 minute taxi ride from Poole bus station.
