  • Sherborne Museum

    Situated in the historic heart of Sherborne, the town museum features over 15,000 items of local history

  • Sherborne Abbey

    Whilst now only a parish church Sherborne Abbey has been a Saxon cathedral and a Benedictine abbey. The majority of the building is Norman in origin although Saxon features remain.

  • Sherborne Old Castle

    Ruined 12th century castle built for the Bishops of Salisbury. The castle was destroyed during the English Civil War by Parliamentary forces
